Staff and workload
In practice an employee wins back four to five hours per week on communication, file building and administrative follow-up. Across a ten-person office that adds up to well over a hundred hours a week of freed capacity.
The human stays in charge. The software takes over the preparatory and repetitive work and supplies drafts; reviewing, adjusting and approving stays human work. That human-in-the-loop principle is anchored in the design.
aiNotaris delivers capacity that does not have to be recruited: one digital FTE that is deployable from day one, needs no onboarding and does not call in sick. That does not fix the labour market, but it does fix the capacity problem at the office.
The software is deliberately designed for visual calm and familiarity. In practice employees of all ages are working with it within a day; weekly active usage sits at 98% across all age groups.
Checking a draft takes considerably less time than producing one. Because every outcome is traceable to its source, the check is targeted rather than exhaustive.
Business case and strategy
A fixed all-in monthly price per plan, tiered by number of users. Within the licence, usage is unlimited; there is no per-action or per-token billing. aiAssistant starts at €1,499 per month and aiExpert at €3,299 per month, both excluding VAT.
At a seven-person office, twenty minutes saved per employee per week covers the licence. That threshold is comfortably exceeded in practice, so payback typically falls within the first month.
That is not a requirement. That said, higher output per file does make a fixed-price model more attractive, because the cost per deed becomes more predictable.
No. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. The annual subscription runs for twelve months in exchange for a 15% discount; that choice is entirely voluntary.
Because the underlying models and integrations are managed and developed by us, your office benefits from improvements without its own development effort. You decide which steps run automatically and where a person decides.
Security and compliance
Privacy-sensitive data does not leave your own environment. The local Data-Shield anonymises personal data before processing, the environment runs 100% privately inside the EU, and every action is recorded in audit logs.
Fully. The setup follows the KNB AI framework, with transparency about how it works, traceability of outcomes and preservation of human oversight as its starting points.
The Data-Shield runs locally and masks names, addresses, dates of birth, national identification numbers and other identifying data through NLP recognition and RegEx patterns, before anything is processed. Afterwards the data is restored inside your own environment.
The professional remains ultimately responsible. aiNotaris qualifies as 'Limited Risk' under the EU AI Act, precisely because human oversight is anchored in the design and every outcome is traceable to its source.
No, absolutely not. Your documents are never used to train public AI models. That is safeguarded both technically and contractually.
Solutions and features
aiExpert drafts clauses and complete draft deeds from the file data, with a direct source reference on every passage. The legal test and the approval stay with the professional.
The software analyses documents and register information for patterns indicating elevated risk, maps UBO structures and flags contradictions between documents. The result is a substantiated signal for review.
Yes. Incoming messages are read, the corresponding file and the parties involved are recognised, and the documents are stored in the right place. If required, a draft reply is prepared straight away.
Yes. The case-law assistant substantiates clauses with references to sources, so every passage stays verifiable.
Yes, through API integrations. Data from the digital intake lands directly in the file, so double entry is unnecessary.
IT integration and implementation
aiNotaris connects through APIs to the common notarial packages. The software does not replace your core system but lays an intelligence layer over it that works with the existing data.
Yes. aiNotaris has been tested and is in use within Citrix and Remote Desktop environments.
100%. The environment runs on private Microsoft Azure infrastructure inside the EU, with AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest.
Usually not. Roll-out is plug-and-play via Microsoft SSO. If you work in a managed environment, we are happy to coordinate the roll-out with your IT partner.
Operational from day one. No lengthy data migration is needed; as soon as the accounts are linked, the team can get going.
