CLEON aiOS: the workplace that moves with your office

CLEON aiOS is the foundation beneath aiNotaris: the layer that turns general language models into notarial digital colleagues and connects your entire office environment. The result is a complete AI workplace alongside your existing systems, with native integrations with your NSL/DMS and more than 1,000 connectors, model-independent and within the all-in licence. Whatever system you use today or choose tomorrow: the workplace, the knowledge and the way of working move with your office.

A workplace, not a loose tool

Most AI enters the notarial profession as a loose tool: a window on the side, held together with copying and pasting. aiNotaris takes the other route. On the foundation of CLEON aiOS stands a complete working environment: aiWorkspace as the central web environment for files, searches, planning and documents, a desktop connection to Word, Outlook and your office systems, and the same digital colleagues on mobile when you are out.

As a result, aiNotaris runs as part of your office environment, not next to it. The digital colleagues work inside the case file itself, with your office's context: the model bank, clause libraries, house style and file history weigh into every action. Your team works with the bundled experience of the whole office.

Connections without technical friction

A workplace is as useful as its connections. CLEON carries more than 1,000 connectors on board: Microsoft and Google, your NSL/DMS, registers and research sources, financial systems and document databases. The integrations are a native part of the platform and fall within the fixed all-in licence; no separate implementation costs follow.

The same openness applies to the AI itself. CLEON is model-independent by design and picks the best model per task, including when that model comes from a third party. That prevents vendor lock-in and reduces dependence on a single big technology supplier: when a better model becomes available somewhere, your office benefits without a switch or a migration project.

The workplace that moves with your office

aiNotaris does not replace your NSL/DMS, and that is a deliberate choice. The workplace lays an intelligent layer over the systems you already use. Should your office ever switch to another package, that layer simply moves along: the digital colleagues, the accumulated office knowledge and the configured ways of working remain in place while the systems beneath them change.

That makes the workplace a lasting asset of the office rather than an extension of one software vendor. In our whitepaper we call this the step from a closed all-in-one environment to a modular architecture: the office picks the best solution per component, and the orchestrating layer keeps the whole workable.

Always current, without a migration project

Because CLEON picks the best model per task, the workplace grows with the state of the art. The better the models become, the more ambitious the experiences built on them. New capabilities appear inside the existing workplace; your office does not have to migrate or reconfigure anything for them.

The same goes for knowledge. The model bank, clause libraries and house style are maintained centrally and automatically weigh into the work of every digital colleague. What the office has recorded once remains available to everyone who works with it, today and next year.

Digital colleagues alongside your people

In the end, the workplace exists for one thing: capacity. Digital colleagues work shoulder to shoulder with your team and carry the administrative and preparatory work from day one. The work also becomes more predictable: fixed workflows instead of routines that depend on one person.

Precisely at the moments when it pinches, that makes the difference. With illness, leave or retirement, a routine that lived only in someone's head does not suddenly disappear: the digital colleagues know the process and keep going. In busy periods they absorb the volume, so your people keep control of the work and get to what truly matters: the verification of intent, client contact and complex advice.

  • Continuity through illness, leave and retirement: the process keeps running.
  • Predictable work: fixed workflows instead of person-dependent routines.
  • More control: every action proposed by software, reviewed by a person.
  • Focus: your specialists spend their hours on the work that requires them.

Built on an AI-first foundation, governed by design

In our whitepaper we show why a cloud version of existing software is not yet an AI foundation: that requires an architecture designed around AI from the first stone, what Gartner calls an AI-first approach. CLEON aiOS is that foundation: an orchestration layer with task division, memory and specialised sub-agents, built for notarial work.

Enterprise-ready also means governed by design. The Data Shield, file isolation, audit trails and roles and permissions are built into every layer, not added afterwards. Structured workflows and human approval stand around the AI, so every decision remains traceable and accountable. The work changes fundamentally, while responsibility stays where it belongs: with the notary.

Frequently asked questions about CLEON aiOS

CLEON aiOS is the operating system beneath aiNotaris: the orchestration layer that turns general language models into notarial digital colleagues, with task division, memory and specialised sub-agents. All products, from aiAssistant to aiExpert, run on this foundation.

The workplace moves with you. aiNotaris does not replace your core system but lays an intelligent layer over it; on a switch, the digital colleagues, the office knowledge and the configured workflows remain in place and we set up the integration with the new package. aiNotaris connects through APIs to the common notarial packages.

No. The connectors are part of the platform and fall within the fixed all-in price per month; there are no separate implementation costs. Which integrations are relevant for your office is something we are happy to go through with you in a demo.

CLEON is model-independent and picks the best available model per task, including from third parties. That always happens within the same security architecture: the Data Shield anonymises personal data before processing, whichever model does the computing.

They take over work, not responsibility. The software proposes, a person reviews and signs. In practice that means less administrative pressure, continuity through absence and leave, and more hours for the work your people were trained for.
